铝电解槽余热利用现状及新方法的研究

【摘要】 分析和研究了铝电解槽余热利用的现状及前景,针对铝电解槽中温度为200-300℃的余热完全没有被利用的现状,提出采用相变蓄热换热器作为热声热机热端换热器来进行铝电解槽余热利用的新方法。该方法不仅高效的利用了余热而且发挥了热声热机结构简单、无运动部件、可靠性高、使用寿命长,使用无污染工质的优点。
【Abstract】 We studied and found that the waste heat of electrolytic aluminium’s temperature is 200°C~300°C.To these questions,we have studied the waste heat utilization’s current situation and prospect,and found thermoacoustic engines that with new type of hot heat exchanger made of regenerative material t can utilize the waste heat.This new way will be not only utilize remaining energy and take the advantage of thermoacoustic engine which is no pollution,no moving part,simple structure and high reliability.
