竖式移动床颗粒物料流动的研究

【摘要】 竖式炉窑实质上伴随着传热传质和化学反应的颗粒移动床,床层内颗粒流动研究对强化床层气固热交换和化学反应具有重要的意义。以球团竖炉为研究背景,采用模拟结合实验的方法,研究竖式移动床内的颗粒流动基本规律。研究表明,动力学模型和黏性流模型是计算竖式移动床颗粒流动的两种主要模型,且黏性流模型更为常用;通过实验得到,动力模型中的系数B取为0.02m,粘性流模型中的粘性系数μs取为0.15Pa·s;通过黏性流模型计算得到的球团竖炉内球团流动结果表明,球团在炉内流动比较均匀,接近于"活塞流";焙烧带的斜炉壁倾角对炉内球团的顺行起很大作用。
【Abstract】 Pellet furnace is a kind of shaft moving beds of particles.In the moving beds,heat and mass are transferred between particles and gases,besides,chemical reactions are carried out.Therefore it’s of great significance to study on the particles flow in the shaft furnace for intensifying heat exchange and chemical reactions.Particle flow laws in shaft moving beds were obtained through experiments and simulation in the ground of pelletizing shaft furnace(PSF).The results show that kinematics model and viscous flow model are appropriate models to simulate particles flow in shaft moving beds.Furthermore,the coefiicient B in the kinematics model may be tried to 0.02m and the viscous factor us may be tested to 0.15Pas.With the viscous flow model,the pellets flow in PSF was simulated.It was provided that the pellets flow uniformly and the flow is close to "plug flow" in PSF.It was also provided that the obliquity of inclined wall of PSF is the key factor in relation to the steady particles flow in PSF.
