HPH罩式炉控制模型的集成优化

【摘要】 在线退火时间控制模型对于HPH罩式炉的生产意义重大。本文提出了新的退火时间计算公式,该公式可以在任意生产工况条件下计算出比较准确的退火时间。建立了HPH罩式炉退火钢卷的传热模型,在确定钢卷表面的对流换热系数时考虑了钢卷结构参数和生产操作参数对炉气流动的影响,用该传热模型可求解钢卷上任意点在退火的任意时刻的温度。通过现场工业试验和对上千炉历史数据的校核计算,使传热模型具备较高的精度。在此基础上,采用回归的方法建立了新的控制模型,该模型在宝山钢铁公司得到了使用,取得了良好的效果,说明新的控制模型是实用而且高效的。
【Abstract】 Coil heat transfer on-line model is very important to control the time of annealing as using high performance hydrogen bell-type annealing furnace.This paper develops a new feasible on-line model to control the time of heating and soaking for any different working conditions.This paper establishes a numerical model for the simulation of steel coil’s heat transfer during annealing thermal process in HPH furnace.The effect of the structural parameter and operational parameter on circulating flow gas is considered for calculating the convection heat transfer coefficient.The temperature within the coil is predicted with the developed model during the annealing process.The model is validated by plant experiments and modified effectively by a great number of the recorded results of production data of more than 1000 furnaces.Then the paper establishes anew control model by regression method. The application of this model in the Baoshan iron and steel ltd in China shows that the model is scientifically feasible and effective.
