Pd/ZSM-5上H2选择催化还原氮氧化物
Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO_x by Hydrogen over Pd/HZSM-5

【摘要】 选择催化还原法(SCR)是目前最有效的氮氧化物消除方法。氢气选择催化还原氮氧化物(H2-SCR)以其低温高活性而备受关注。本文在无氧条件下,以不同硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3=25,47,148,268,304,下图中以n代表硅铝比)的HZSM-5分子筛为载体,考察了Pd基催化剂上H2同时还原NO和NO2的反应活性。结果显示,对于1%Pd/ZSM-5催化剂,低温时硅铝比高有利于催化反应,高温时硅铝比低有利于催化反应。
【Abstract】 Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) was the most effective way for the elimination of nitrogen oxides.SCR of NOx by hydrogen(H2-SCR) attracts much attention for its high activity at low temperature.In this paper,Pd was impregnated on HZSM-5 zeolite with different SiO2/Al2O3 ratio(SiO2/Al2O3 = 25,47,148,268,304,coded as n in the following figure).Catalytic performance in the reduction of both NO and NO2 by H2 was investigated under oxygen-free conditions.Results shown that for 1%Pd/ZSM-5 catalyst,high SiO2/Al2O3 ratio was benefit for the reduction at low temperature,while low SiO2/Al2O3 ratio was better at high temperature.
