ZnO超薄纳米片的制备及其优异的吸附性能

【摘要】 自2004年石墨烯被发现以来,二维纳米结构便引起科学界的持续关注,其独特的电学、光学和力学特性引起了众多领域的研究热潮[1]。ZnO作为一种重要的n型半导体材料,主要在化学与生物传感、太阳能电池、光催化、变阻器和发光二极管等领域具有广泛的应用。目前,人们已经用各种物理和化学方法制备出了形貌丰富的ZnO纳米结构,而大尺寸ZnO超薄纳米片的制备及其吸附性能的研究还未见报道。本实验在溶剂热体系中,100℃反应24h制备出了六方相结构的ZnO超薄纳米片。以所制备的ZnO纳米片为吸附剂,研究其对孔雀石绿的吸附性能,发现其最大吸附量可达到1622mg/g。

【Abstract】 Since graphene discovery in 2004, two-dimensional materials have attracted much attention because of their unique electrical, optical and mechanical properties[1]. As a very important n-type semiconductor materials, ZnO has great potential application value in chemical sensors, solar cells, photocatalysis, light-emitting diodes, field effect transistor, nanogenerator and other fields. Recently, various physical and chemical routes have been employed to prepare ZnO nanostructured materials in various geometrical morphologies. However, there are no reports about the large size ZnO ultrathin nanosheets and their adsorbtion performance. In this paper, the ultrathin nanosheets ZnO nanostructures were synthesized via a solvothermal reaction, and the as-obtained ZnO nanosheets exhibit excellent adsorption capability for Malachite geen with a maximum capacity of 1622mg/g.
