【摘要】 溴化钾(KBr)是一种典型的碱金属卤化物离子晶体,红外吸收系数低,较高的透过率和较宽的透过波段,广泛的用于红外光谱仪,分光光度计及红外装置的分光棱镜,透射窗口和透镜[1]。本文实施"一纯、二控、三双变"技术路线,在大气环境中,采用"电阻加热-微提拉"生长方法,最佳工艺参数:拉速1-4mm/h,转速10-15rpm,生长出Ф100-150×100-150单晶。研究了放肩表面不规则裂纹、单晶程度与冷却系统(水温、流速、流量)和温度变化的关系。通过XRD物相分析,晶格常数a=6.599。开展了KBr晶格动力学的研究,通过范德华力球壳模型[2-3],讨论了离子间的相互作用能和相互作用力的关系。建立半经验公式,给出了熔体中钾离子周围溴离子的配位数为4。开展晶体热学性能的研究,采用特殊的光学加工工艺,制备了满足设计要求的溴化钾红外光学元件,透过率大于95%。

【Abstract】 "One purified,two controlled and three double variety" technique route and "resistance heating-micro-pulling" growth method were adopted in atmospheric environment with suitable technological parameters:pulling rate 1~4 mm/h,rotating rate 10~15 rpm.The Ф100-150×100-150 single crystal was obtained.In this paper,the temperature dependence of irregular cracks of shouldering surface,the degree of single crystal and cooling system(water temperature,flow velocity and quantity) were studied.The lattice parameter a=6.599 was known through X-ray diffraction(XRD) phase analysis.The lattice dynamics of KBr was developed and interactive energy and interactive force between ions was discussed by Van der Waals force spherical shell model.Semiempirical formula was established and the coordination number of Br-around K+ in melt is 4.Research on crystal thermal properties was promoted,KBr infrared optics device satisfied design requirement was prepared by specific optics processing skill which transmittance is higher than 95%.
