有机/无机复合红光材料的制备及其在LED中的应用

【摘要】 半导体发光二极管(LED)具有能耗低、寿命长、发光效率高、质量轻、无污染等优点,成为当今的研究热点之一[1],荧光粉是LED中的关键材料。本文通过共沉淀法,将稀土铕配合物与镁铝水滑石复合,制备有机/无机复合红光材料,采用硅烷偶联剂对其进行表面改性,利用荧光光谱、红外光谱、XRD、扫描电镜等对样品的组成和性能进行表征[2]。将改性样品与紫外光芯片组合制成发光二极管,器件发出明亮的红光。研究结果表明,该复合材料是制作白光二极管可供选用的红色发光材料。
【Abstract】 Light emitting diodes, a solid-state semiconductor component converting electric energy into light energy, have attracted more attention because of long lifetime, low energy consumption, high luminescent efficiency, environment-friendly, etc. Light-emitting material is vital for LED technology. In this paper, a red-emitting organic/inorganic composite was prepared by incorporated rare earth complex into magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite, followed by surface modification using silane coupling agent. The composition and properties of the composite were characterized by fluorescence spectrum, FT-IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), etc. A LED device was fabricated by coating this composite onto LED chip. The device can emit bright red light. The results indicate that the red-emitting organic/inorganic composite can act as the red light component in the fabrication of white LED solid-state lighting.
