联苯桥联苯并咪唑苝衍生物的合成光物理性质及薄膜的结构形貌

【摘要】 本文以3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酐为原料合成,表征了联苯桥联苯并咪唑苝衍生物-BIDP,研究了BIDP在DMF稀溶液中的紫外吸收光谱和光致发光光谱,结果表明:BIDP的最大吸收出现在525nm,同时在498nm,566nm出现两个肩峰,其光学带隙仅为1.30ev,最大发射峰出现在540nm和580nm;然后通过电沉积法制备了BIDP膜,利用UV-Vis,荧光光谱,扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了薄膜地光物理性质、形貌、聚集态结构,与溶液相比,电泳沉积膜吸收光谱红移,半峰宽增加,无荧光性;薄膜的有序性与沉积时间相关。利用溶剂蒸汽退火法优化了薄膜的聚集态结构。
【Abstract】 A bridged double benzimidazole perylene derivative was synthesized from 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride. UV-Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of BIDP were studied in the DMF solution, which showed that the maximum absorption peak was at 525 nm and the other characteristic absorption peaks were at 498 nm and 566 nm, and the optical band gap was 1.30 ev and the emission peak at 540 nm and 580 nm; Then, the film of BIDP was made by through the electrodeposition. Then, the optical physical properties, morphology and aggregation structure were investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrum.And characterization were investigated by UV-Vis, fluorescence spectrum, SEM and XRD. Finally, the electrodeposition films that had ordered morphology were got by DMF vapour annealing.
