新型脐橙保鲜剂的研制与应用

【摘要】 脐橙是赣南地区果农广为栽培的高效经济作物,品种多为中熟纽荷尔脐橙,种植面大,产量高。因储藏保鲜技术不当,不少栽培者采后损失严重,造成了很大的经济损失。因而,研制一种材料易得、制备方便、成本低廉,保鲜操作简单、便于果农使用、保鲜效果明显的新型绿色保鲜剂和保鲜技术,对提高脐橙贮藏保存率,增加经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义。本文研制了以壳聚糖为原料,通过化学改性制得水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖[1]为主体的保鲜剂,进行的脐橙保鲜试验结果表明:1.5%羧甲基壳聚糖及其复合物混合制成的保鲜剂,有良好的成膜性,能较好地抑制脐橙的呼吸强度,降低果实腐烂的速率,Vc、总糖、有机酸含量均明显高于对照组,具有较好的保鲜效果。

【Abstract】 Gannan navel orange is widely cultivated as efficient economy crop,varieties of cooked Newhall navel orange,large plantings and high yield.Because of the lack of understanding of storage technology,many growers leads to great economic losses.Thus,developing a material that is easy readily available,easy preparation,low cost,simple operation,obvious preservation effect of new green fresh preserver and technology,to improve the preservation rate of navel orange during storage is important to increase the economic benefit and social benefit.The chitosan was obtained through chemical modification of water soluble carboxymethyl chitosan.The effect of carboxymethyl chitosan coating on fresh-keeping of Gannan navel orange effect and mechanism of preservation.The result show that: 1.5% carboxymethyl chitosan and its complex blend of fresh liquid,which can effectively carry out fresh orange heap.Carboxymethyl chitosan molecules due to the base’s role,to effectively inhibit invasion of pathogens,good into the mold and its effect on fruit enzyme induction,inhibition of the navel orange respiration,increased SOD activity,so as to achieve preservation.
