水相合成黄铜矿-纤锌矿CuInS2纳米材料
The Aqueous Phase Synthesis of Chalcopyrite and Wurtzite CuInS2 Nanomaterials

【摘要】 通常合成CuInS2材料均采用有机溶剂作为反应溶剂,且在高温高压条件下反应,反应条件较为苛刻。本文利用水浴法,以去离子水作为溶剂在较低的温度下成功合成了CuInS2纳米材料,对其形貌和结构进行了表征。并且通过调节溶液的PH值和退火温度实现了CuInS2由黄铜矿到纤锌矿的相调控,结果表明随溶液PH值的增大CuInS2渐渐由黄铜矿转变为纤锌矿,纤锌矿CuInS2随退火温度的升高又逐渐转变为黄铜矿结构。
【Abstract】 CuInS2 materials are usually synthesized in harsh conditions using organic solvent under the condition of high temperature and high pressure.In the present work,CuInS2 nanomaterials have been successfully synthesized using water-bath method with deionized water as the solvent at low temperature,the morphology and structure have also characterized.The phase transition of CuInS2 from chalcopyrite to wurtzite has been realized by adjusting the PH value of solution as well as the annealing temperature.It has been found that CuInS2 gradually transform from chalcopyrite to wurtzite with the increasement of the PH value in the solution,and the wurtzite CuInS2 gradually transform to chalcopyrite phase with the increasement of annealing temperature.
