溶胶凝胶-水热法合成纳米二氧化钛颗粒
Preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles by sol-gel and hydrothermal method

【摘要】 通过溶胶凝胶—水热法,分两步制备TiO2纳米颗粒。首先,钛酸四丁酯在不同pH(pH=0.5,1.5,2.5)下水解,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成无定形二氧化钛。之后,在NH4F的作用下经水热法制备TiO2纳米颗粒。样品分别采用X射线粉末衍射光谱、扫描电镜、高倍透射电镜和荧光光谱进行表征。TiO2纳米颗粒对不同的染料具有较好的光催化性质,其降解率均在95%以上。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by two steps by sol-gel and hydrothermal process.To begin with,tetrabutyl titanate had been hydrolyzed in different pH(pH = 0.5,1.5,2.5) to synthesize amorphous TiO2 nanopowder by sol-gel.After that,TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method to deal with amorphous TiO2 nanopowder in NH4F solution.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,HRTEM and Fluorescence spectra.The obtained TiO2 nanoparticles presented better photocatalytic activity to different dyes,and the degradation rates of various dyes could achieve more than 95%.
