藻类水热法催化转化为生物油的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了藻类在水热(反应温度为380℃;反应时间为2h;藻类0.5g;水2g;催化剂0.01g;甲酸100μL)条件下催化转化为生物油的反应。反应釜中加入甲酸目的是利用甲酸分解对生物油进行催化加氢以脱去杂原子。所用催化剂为负载型核壳结构催化剂Pd/HZSM-5@MS和Pd/TS-1@MS,使用前分别在空气、N2、H2条件下400℃焙烧4h。以Pd/TS-1@MS为催化剂(N2焙烧)时,生物油产率达41.2%,而不加任何催化剂时,生物油产率仅为28.6%。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the catalytic hydrothermal liquefaction from alage to bio-oil. The reaction temperature and reaction time were 380℃ and 2 hours, respectively. The amount of alage, water, catalyst and formic acid were 0.5g, 2g, 0.01g, 100μL, respectively. The purpose of using formic acid in reactor was catalytic hydrogenation for bio-oil to remove hetero atoms.The catalysts were Pd/HZSM-5@MS and Pd/TS-1@MS. Before using, the catalysts should be treated under the condition of 400℃ calcination 4 hours in air, N2 and H2, respectively. The highest yield of bio-oil was 41.2%, by using Pd/TS-1@MS as catalyst, calcination in N2. While without any catalyst, the yield of bio-oil was only 28.6%.
