五氧化二钒纳米棒的合成以及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以乙酰丙酮氧钒为原料,通过简单的高温煅烧合成长为1-2μm,宽为200-300nm的五氧化二钒纳米棒,并用XRD,SEM和LAND对样品进行表征。实验结果表明,随着煅烧温度的增加,五氧化二钒的微观形貌变化不大,但电池的比容量以及电池的循环稳定性都有明显的提高,当煅烧温度增加到600度时,锂电池在300mAh g-1的倍率下,初始比容量为222 mAh g-1,循环200圈后仍能保持在208mAh g-1,具有良好的循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 V2O5 nanorods were successfully prepared by simple calcination in air at high temperature using vanadium(IV) acetylacetone as materials.The structure is 1-2μm long and 200-300nm wide and is charactered by XRD、SEM and LAND.The results showed that the V2O5 nanostructure was nearly similar,but its specific capacity and its cycle stability of batteries changed differently with the calcination temperature increasing.The nanorods calcined at 600 ℃in air with a specific capacity of 222mAh g-1 at 1C(300mAh g-1) and still kept 208mAh g-1 aftering 200cycles have a excellent cycle stability.
