三维Sn@C纳米管/碳布基底结构制备及应用于柔性锂离子电池
Three dimensional Tin-Nanoparticles embedded in Carbon nanotubes on carbon cloth as a flexible anode for lithium-ion batteries

【摘要】 随着柔性电子器件的快速发展,柔性储能器件的研究受到广泛关注,是一个具有广阔发展前景的新兴技术。本文,我们通过碳热还原方法在柔性碳布基底上设计制备了三维Sn@C纳米管(Tin-Nanoparticles embedded in Carbon nanotubes(TNEC))阵列。通过测试Sn@C电极电化学性能,表明TNEC电极具有极高的面电容密度(扫速为0.1 mA cm-2时容量达到2.15 mA h cm-2)和良好的循环稳定性50个循环之后容量为2.01 mA h cm-2,是初始放电容量的93%),这是因为金属锡具有很高的理论容量,而且碳纳米管包覆Sn颗粒结构可以提高材料的导电性和结构稳定性。
【Abstract】 With the development of flexible electronic devices,the research on flexible storage devices has received considerable attention.In this paper,we desinged a tin-nanoparticles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes(TNEC) arrays on flexible carbon cloth structure for lithium ions batteries anodes by a facile carbon reduction route.The TNEC electrode shows a high areal capacity(2.15 mA h cm-2) when the current density is 0.1 mA cm-2.Meanwhile,a good cycling performance(93% of initial capacity) is achieved after 50 charge-discharge cycles,which could be attributed to the high theoretical capacity of metal tin and the tin encapsulated in carbon nanotubes structure that improves the electrical conductivity and structure stability.
