一种新型的锂离子电池高电压添加剂
A new additive for high charge voltage lithium ion batteries

【摘要】 LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2(NCM111)集中了LiCoO2、LiMnO2和LiNiO2的成本、比容量和倍率性能、结构稳定性的优点,且安全性更高,被认为是最有应用前景的新型锂离子电池正极材料[1]。LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2具有较宽的工作电压窗口,当工作电压超过4.3V时,电池的循环性能急剧下降[2]。本实验将一种新型的腈基化合物作为锂离子电池高电压添加剂,它的加入使得电池在高压下的循环性能得到显著提高(以NCM111作为正极材料,石墨作为负极材料)。当添加剂的浓度为1.0 wt.%时,80圈后电池的容量保持率从81%增加到97%。
【Abstract】 LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2(NCM111) have served as the most important cathode materials for high-energy batteries due to its lower cost,higher capacity,better cycling performance and less toxicity compare to LiCoO2、LiMnO2 andLiNiO2.It has wide operation voltage window,when the voltage exceed 4.3V,its cycling performance decrease rapidly.CN based compound as a new high voltage additive in the experiment,it improves the cycling performance of cells significantly(NCM111 as the cathode material and Graphite as the anode material).With the addition of 1.0 wt.% additive into the electrolyte,the capacity retention of the NCM111/Graphite cell is significantly increased from 81% to 97% after 80 cycles.
