POSS杂化分子结构对PMMA复合凝胶聚合物电解质的性能的影响

【摘要】 为了提高PMMA基凝胶聚合物电解质(GPE)[1]的离子传输性、机械强度和热稳定性,本论文提出合成了八氯丙基笼状倍半硅氧烷POSS[2]及不同链长杂化聚合物(POSS-(PMMAa)8(长)、POSS-(PMMAb)8(短)),并分别与PMMA共混制备复合GPE,研究了POSS杂化分子结构对复合GPE电性能影响的规律。结果表明,添加POSS与杂化共聚物POSS-(PMMAb)8的复合GPE电导率有显著提高,其中链较短的POSS-(PMMAb)8复合GPE在室温的电导率最大,比纯PMMA基GPE提高了3.5倍。选择电性能较优的POSS-(PMMAb)8复合GPE,研究不同含量POSS-(PMMAb)8对复合GPE电性能的影响规律发现,添加不同含量的POSS-(PMMAb)8的复合GPE较纯GPE均有所增加,添加量为15wt%时复合GPE的电导率提高最为显著。
【Abstract】 This study proposed two types of POSS synthetic-hybrid molecules,POSS and(POSS-(PMMAa)8(length),POSS-(PMMAb)8(short)),each of them complex with PMMA.We investigated the rule of influence on composite GPE`s electrical property by hybrid molecule structure.The results show that the electrical conduction of POSS-(PMMAb)8 Compound GPE is higher than pure PMMA at room temperature which increase 3.5 times than latter Choosing POSS-(PMMAb)8 with best electrical property as an matrix.The improvement of electrical conductivity of composite GPE is much more improved when the additive amount close to 15wt%.
