多孔活性炭的制备及其在电化学电容器中的应用

【摘要】 超级电容器做为一种新的储能设备,已经吸引了众多研究者的眼球。多孔碳材料合成更是众多材料科学家十分看好的材料。多孔碳材料由于其原料价格低廉,导电性好,比表面积大等特点成为电化学电容器中不二的电极材料。合成多孔碳材料的文献众多,更是层出不穷,然而合成一种价格低廉,孔径可控多孔碳确实极具挑战性。本文通过聚丙烯酰胺多孔微球高温碳化的方法制备了一种多孔活性炭并研究其在电化学电容器中的应用性能,用本文合成的多孔碳材料组装成对称电化学电容器在500 mA·g-1的电流密度下,容量高达72 F·g-1,500次循环之后比容保持率为99%。希望我们的工作能为奋斗在储能材料一线的学者专家提供一点参考。
【Abstract】 Porous carbon materials have greatly whetted researchers’ interest as its potential in materials science.Electrochemical capacitors as the novel energy storage devices have attracted the attention of many researchers.Porous carbon materials become the preferred material because of its wide range of raw materials,excellent conductivity,large surface area.Synthesis of porous carbon materials literatures are numerous and endless,but the synthesis of a low price,controllable pore size of porous carbon is indeed challenging.This article report an method to preparation of porous carbon by carbonized of porous polyacrylamide microspheres in high temperature.The electrochemical capacitors using our porous carbon as electrode materials show outstanding electrochemical performance.The first capacitance is up to 72 F·g-1 in the current density of 500 mA·g-1,and kept 99% after 500 cycles.We hope that our work can provide a little reference for the scholars and experts.
