金属卟啉原位生长在石墨烯上作为碱性介质中氧气还原反应的催化剂

【摘要】 我们应用溶剂热原位合成的方法,制备出不同金属配位的5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉与石墨烯的复合物(M-THPP/PSS-rGO,M:Fe3+,Co2+,Ni2+,Mn2+)。采用SEM,TEM,UV-vis光谱和XPS技术对复合物进行了表征。应用电化学测试,包括循环伏安,旋转圆盘电极和旋转环盘电极技术,对合成的复合物(M-THPP/PSS-RGO)的催化活性进行了探究。在所制备的材料中,CoTHPP/PSS-RGO复合物在碱性条件下展示了较高的催化活性,更好的稳定性,优异的抗甲醇性,以及对氧气还原催化过程具有更高效的四子反应路径。

【Abstract】 A series of non-noble-metal catalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR), based on metal 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin(M-THPP, M: Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Mn2+) grown on poly(sodium-p-styrenesulfonate) modified reduced graphene oxide(PSS-rGO), were fabricated using an in situ solvothermal synthesis method. M-THPP/PSS-rGO was characterized by SEM,TEM,UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and XPS techniques. Electrochemical measurements, such as CV, RDE and RRDE techniques, were employed to study the catalytic activity and the ORR mechanism of the oxygen reduction reaction on as-synthesised M-THPP/PSS-rGO catalysts in alkaline medium. Among fabricated electrocatalysts, CoTHPP/PSS-rGO catalyst displayed high activity, good long-term stability, excellent tolerance to the crossover effect of methanol and an almost direct 4-electron pathway toward the ORR in alkaline solution.
