荧光功能化空心介孔二氧化硅复合材料的设计合成及药物缓释研究

【摘要】 空心结构介孔二氧化硅复合材料相比于传统介孔氧化硅材料可以存储更多的药物分子,在药物缓释领域存在广阔的应用空间,相关报道日益增多。本文利用模板法,制备了一种稀土上转换荧光功能化的中空介孔二氧化硅复合材料。首先,利用尿素辅助的共沉淀法在碳球表面包覆Y(OH)CO3:Yb,Er层;再采用Stber法继续包覆一层介孔二氧化硅;最后,经过高温焙烧移除碳球和介孔模板剂的同时将Y(OH)CO3:Yb,Er转化为Y2O3:Yb,Er晶体,制备得到上转换纳米晶功能化的空心结构介孔二氧化硅复合材料。分别采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、N2吸附/脱附和上转换发射光谱等表征手段对材料的结构和功能进行表征。此外,将制备的复合材料用作药物缓释载体,并以阿霉素为药物模型研究复合材料在模拟体液及细胞中的药物缓释性能,以确定其在该领域的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Hollow mesoporous silica materials, which can store more drug molecules than that of the conventional mesoporous silica materials due to the large voids, have attracted widespread attention. Herein, hollow structured and up-conversion luminescence functionalized mesoporous silica composite was successfully synthesized by a template method. Firstly, Y(OH)CO3:Yb,Er layer was coated on carbon sphere through urea-assisted coprecipitation process. Then mesoporous silica was coated by using Stber method. Finally, the carbon sphere and surfactant templates were removed by calcination, meanwhile, Y(OH)CO3:Yb,Er layer was converted to Y2O3:Yb,Er nanocrystals, and the hollow composite was obtained. The properties of the composite were carefully characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectra. In addition, the composite was employed as drug carrier to study the drug release behavior and the application potential in biomedicine.
