串级萃取理论的新进展

【摘要】 <正>徐光宪先生提出的串级萃取理论促进了我国稀土分离工业的快速发展。近年串级萃取理论研究主要集中于拓展理论的适应范围、优化流程的计算方法和提高仿真模拟的准确度。(1)以萃取化学反应平衡方程为基础进行单级两相分配平衡计算,发展了抛物线逼近的数值求解方法,使串级萃取理论适应于不同价态、络合态的复杂多组分萃取体系计算;(2)推导得到了联动萃取工艺所涉及的t组分(A1…At-1)/(A2…At)恒定混合萃取比分离体系在水相进料、有机相进料、双进料及复式进料等条件下的最小萃取量和最小洗涤量公式,为稀土联动萃取分离工艺流程

【Abstract】 The theory of countercurrent extraction, established by Prof Xu, has led to the rapid development of rare earth separation industry of our country. In recent years, researches on the theory have been focused on its scope of application, new algorithm for optimizing processes, and accuracy improvement of simulation.(1) On the basis of distribution relations in discrete stages according to the equation of extraction equilibrium, the algorithm using parabolic approach was developed, and therefore the theory can be extended to the complicate system containing the ionic species with different valence and different coordination complexes.(2) Equations of minimum amounts of extraction solvent and scrubbing agent solution of multi-component separation systems involved in hyperlink extraction processes,(A1…At-1)/(A2…At) with various feeding styles, were derived, which gives a theoretical guidance for the design of hyperlink extraction processes.(3) A mathematic expression describing the impact of backmixing during mixer-settler on extraction separation was derived. This benefits to the accuracy of simulation, and consequently supports to the design of separation processes and mixer-settlers as well.
