聚乳酸的离心熔体静电纺丝

【摘要】 聚乳酸作为一种生物可降解材料可广泛应用于血管支架等组织工程。该材料的纳米纤维一般通过溶液静电纺丝获得。为了解决聚乳酸溶液静电纺丝的毒性以及其熔体纺丝的易分解、低产率、大直径问题,提出了一种新的离心熔体静电纺丝技术。离心熔体静电纺丝将静电纺丝和离心纺丝相结合,在低电压和低转速的条件下可获得大量的有序超细纤维。对比结果显示离心熔体静电纺丝所得聚乳酸纤维的结晶度要稍大于同等条件下的只离心熔体纺丝所得纤维的结晶度。后续研究还将揭示更多有趣的结果。

【Abstract】 The biodegradable poly(l-lactic acid)(PLLA) nanofibers can be used in scaffold for tissue engineering. Usually the nanofibers are produced by solution electrospinning, which using poisonous solvent. Melt electrospinning is a safe way to produce superfine fibers because it doesn’t need any solvent. However it can not yield abundant nanofibers because of the much high melt viscosity. To solve the above problems, we designed and built the centrifugal melt electrospinning setup. PLLA fibers were prepared using the new method. Contrast results showed that the centrifugal electrospinning PLLA fibers have a little large crystallization degree than the centrifugal fibers because of the electrostatic field. The further research will disclose more interesting phenomena.
