不同温度下蛋壳合成羟基磷灰石及其对布洛芬载药性能的研究

【摘要】 羟基磷灰石(HAP)的制备是生物材料领域研究的热门工艺之一,其制备条件直接影响到其生物活性与生物相容性。以鸡蛋壳为原料,在不同温度下运用水热法合成了羟基磷灰石,通过STIR、SEM以及N2吸附-脱附分析对羟基磷灰石纳米粒子的形态和结构进行了研究。结果表明,在120℃下合成的羟基磷灰石具有最好的晶体结构。并用布洛芬为药物模型研究了温度对合成的羟基磷灰石的载药性能的影响。结果发现,在120℃下合成的羟基磷灰石具有最大的载药量以及最好的缓释效果。以上结果表明羟基磷灰石的比表面积以及对布洛芬的释放性能可以通过合成温度来调节。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyapatite(HAP) is one of the most popular areas of the process of biological research materials, preparation conditions directly affect the biological activity and biocompatibility. Hydroxyapatites were synthesized from egg shell at different temperatures through hydrothermal method. The morphology and microstructure of the HAP nanoparticles were investigated by FTIR, SEM, and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis. It was found that HAP synthesized at 120 ℃ was with the best crystal structure. The influence of temperature on drug release was investigated by using ibuprofen(IBU) as a model drug. It was found that HAP synthesized at 120 ℃ had the largest IBU loading and the best IBU release result. The IBU release properties and specific surface area of HAP can be adjusted by temperature.
