nC5/nC6在不同晶粒5A分子筛上的吸附性能

【摘要】 本文采用XRD、SEM、BET和压汞等方法对自制不同晶粒大小的JH1(2~3μm)和JH4(0.5~1μm)分子筛进行了表征,测定了正戊烷和正己烷在JH1和JH4上的平衡吸附性能。结果表明,JH1和JH4分子筛微孔BET比表面积分别为677.61和710.05 m2/g,微孔孔容分别为0.29和0.32 cm3/g;JH1和JH4分子筛大孔比表面分别为2.14和3.64 m2/g,大孔孔容分别为0.24和0.29 cm3/g;吸附温度约为35.0℃,正戊烷和正己烷在JH1和JH4上的吸附等温线皆为典型的I型等温线,在吸附压力0~5.5 kPa下,JH1和JH4对正戊烷的平衡吸附量分别为13.65和15.02 g/100 g,对正己烷的平衡吸附量分别为16.96和18.04 g/100 g。JH4的晶粒比JH1小,其微孔比表面和孔容更大,能够容纳更多的正构烷烃,且分子筛晶粒越小,外表面酸性中心越多,活性吸附位越多,对正构烷烃的平衡吸附量相对更大。

【Abstract】 Self-made 5A zeolites(JH1 and JH4) were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET and MIP methods. Equilibrium adsorption capacity of nC5/nC6 on JH1 and JH4 were determined. Results show that, BET specific surface of JH1 and JH4 are 677.61 and 710.05 m2/g, micropore volume are 0.24 and 0.29 cm3/g, respectively. The adsorption isotherms are both type I under 0~5.5 kPa. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of nC5/nC6 on JH1 zeolites are 13.65, 16.96 g/100g, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of nC5/nC6 on the JH4 zeolites are 15.02, 18.04 g/100g, respectively. Compared with JH1, JH4 has smaller crystal size, bigger micropore specific surface and volume. The smaller crystal size of JH4 zeolite has a great amount of external surface acidic centers. So the equilibrium adsorption capacity of JH4 is more than that of JH1.
