荧光化学探针法测定药物中阿莫西林的含量

【摘要】 本文对荧光体系Tb3+-SDBS-阿莫西林进行了系统研究,实验结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS)提高了体系Tb3+-阿莫西林的荧光强度。体系荧光强度显示了较好的线性关系,其线性关系在浓度范围为5.0×10-9 mol/L~2.0×10-6 mol/L,相关系数为0.9902,检出限(S/N=3)2.8×10-9mol/L,同时对其发光的机理进行了详细的讨论。在此基础上建立了荧光探针方法测定药物中阿莫西林含量,该方法也可被用来检测系列相关药物的含量。该方法简便,具有检测线低和选择性好,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 This paper makes a systematic study on the fluorescence system of Tb3+-SDBSAmoxicillin,the experimental results show that SDBS improves the fluorescence intensity of the system.The fluorescence intensity showed a good linear relationship,the linear relationship between 5.0×10-9 mol/L~2.0 ×10-6 mol/L the concentration range,with correlation coefficient of 0.9902,the detection limit(S/N=3) for 2.8 × 10-9 mol/L,a the same time,the luminescence mechanism were discussed in detail.The fluorescence probe method was set up for the determination of the amoxicillin in drugs,the method can also be used to detect the content of a series of related drugs.The method was simple,and provided with lower limit of detection and good selectivity.This approach had satisfactory results.
