芘-苝二酰亚胺胆固醇衍生物的设计合成与传感应用

【摘要】 分别以芘和苝二酰亚胺为能量转移供体和受体,设计合成了一种双荧光中心胆固醇衍生物。通过滴涂法制备得到了基于此化合物的荧光传感薄膜(Fig.1)。实验表明,该化合物在薄膜态表现出很高的能量转移效率,斯托克斯位移可达294 nm。此外,此薄膜实现了对肺癌重要标示物苯胺的灵敏检测(Fig.2),常见物质对薄膜的荧光行为影响很小。
【Abstract】 A new cholesterol-based fluorescent chemosensor,using pyrene and perylene bisimide as the energy donor and acceptor respectively,was specially designed and prepared.Moreover,the sensing film of the compound as prepared was successfully fabricated by dip-coating.It was revealed that the compound shows high efficient fluorescence resonance energy transfer phenomenon in film state.Further studies demonstrated that the fluorescence emission of the fluorescent film is sensitive to the presence of aniline vapor.
