环境温度对石蜡及相变涂层控温性能的影响研究

【摘要】 相变材料具有较大的相变潜热,在温度控制领域具有广阔的应用前景。各种环境温度的不同,不同相变材料的控温性能也有很大不同。本文以液体石蜡和切片石蜡为原料,通过热熔法制备了不同相变温度的复合相变石蜡(37℃、46℃、58℃、64℃);以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/石蜡复合相变材料(定形石蜡)为填料,以聚氨酯为基础树脂,制备了含有25wt%定形石蜡的相变涂层。通过改变环境温度(68℃、80℃、100℃),研究了不同相变温度石蜡及涂层的控温性能。实验结果表明,相变温度越接近于环境温度,相变石蜡的控温性能越好;随着环境温度的升高,石蜡的有效控温时间(即从室温升高到环境温度所需的时间)缩短,且相变温度对材料控温性能的影响减小。然而,在不同环境温度下,不同相变温度涂层的控温性能接近,说明石蜡的相变温度对涂层的控温性能影响较小。

【Abstract】 Phase change materials are perspective in thermal control application due to their great latent heat of phase change. They show different thermal control performances in variable environment temperature. In this paper, a series of paraffin with different phase change temperature were produced with liquid and sliced paraffin. Phase change coatings were prepared with 25wt% form-stable paraffin/high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites. The thermal control performances of paraffin and coatings were tested in different environment temperature. The results indicate that the paraffin shows a better thermal control performance when its phase change temperature is close to the environment temperature. When the environment temperature increases, the effective thermal control time of paraffin is shortened and the differences caused by phase change temperature are reduced. However, the coatings with different phase change temperature show similar thermal control performance which indicates that the effect of phase change temperature of paraffin on coatings is small.
