基于MOF有机框架先组装后聚合的方法构建多孔聚合物

【摘要】 多孔聚合物由于其较大的比表面积、特殊的表面性质、孔径和孔隙率易调节、质轻等特性,被广泛用作结构材料、载体材料、吸附材料和阻隔材料等。本研究将光聚合与金属-有机框架材料(MOF)交叉结合,提出了先组装后聚合的方法构建多孔聚合物。将光聚合单体引入MOF的有机配体,利用MOF的框架将光聚合单体预先组装成三维结构,随后单体在MOF的孔道中聚合,将有机配体交联,去除金属离子后制得具有三维、多孔、富含羧基的多孔聚合物。设计合成可光聚合的多种有机配体,调控制备含有可光聚合单体的MOF,从而制备不同形貌、大小的多孔聚合物粒子、多孔聚合物膜及其图案化膜。利用该多孔聚合物具有多孔、富含羧基及其形貌、尺寸可控的特点,进而研究了该聚合物在水处理及生物材料领域方面的应用。
【Abstract】 Due to its large specific surface area, special surface property, pore diameter and porosity of easy adjustment, qualitative light, porous polymer is widely used as structural material, carrier material, adsorption material, and block material. In this research, we will combine photopolymerization and metal-organic framework(MOF) together to prepare 3-dimensional porous polymer. Our main idea is the monomer being assembled first then polymerized to prepare porous polymer. Through introducing the photopolymerizable monomer into organic ligand and preparing MOF material with photopolymerizable monomer, the organic ligand will be crosslinked by photopolymerization with photoinitiator under UV irradiation. After the metal ion removed, the 3-dimensional, stable and porous polymer with lots of carboxy groups will be prepared,for the organic ligands have 3-dimensional structure in the MOF. The different organic ligands with photopolymerizable monomer were designed and synthesized and 3-dimensional porous polymer with different particle size, morphology and different channel size were prepared. The polymer could be used in water-treatment and as medicine carrier, metal ion detection and gathering and so on.
