电沉积有序介孔碳/铁氰化铜复合物用于卡托普利的生物传感

【摘要】 提出了在玻碳电极上快速电沉积有序介孔碳/铁氰化铜(OMC/CuHCF)纳米复合物的新方法。先将介孔碳修饰的玻碳电极在含10mM CuCl2和0.2M KCl的溶液中,通过循环伏安法扫描10圈,然后在含10mM K3Fe(CN)6和0.2M KCl的溶液中再次循环扫描10圈,得到有序介孔碳/铁氰化铜纳米复合物。研制了卡托普利的高性能生物传感。结果表明,OMC/CuHCF复合物修饰的玻碳电极表现出一对明显的氧化还原峰。对卡托普利检测的线性范围为1.5×10-5 M to 1.8×10-3 M,最低检测限为3.6×10-6 M(S/N=3)。该传感器能用于药物中卡托普利含量的检测,并获有良好效果。

【Abstract】 We report a new and efficient protocol for rapid electrodeposition of ordered mesoporous carbon/copper hexacyanoferrate on glassy carbon electrode. Firstly, 10 mM CuCl2and 0.2 M KCl were mixed to obtain a solution, and the electrode potential was cycled between 0.0 and 0.6 V at a scan rate of 100 mV s-1 for 10 cycles. Then, the electrode was immersed into a cell containing the same volumes of 10 mM K3Fe(CN)6 and 0.2 M KCl. The potential of the electrode was cycled between 0.0 and 1.0 V at a scan rate of 100 mV s-1 for 10 cycles. Results showed that the OMC/CuHCF modified electrode works well and exhibits a pair of well defined redox peaks. The linear range for the detection of captopril was 1.5×10-5 M to 1.8×10-3 M.The as-made sensor was applied to the detection of captopril in real samplessuch as drug and urine.
