苯硼酸修饰的磁性微球对糖蛋白的电化学识别

【摘要】 利用氯化铁、1,6-己二胺、3-氨基苯硼酸等原料制备了苯硼酸功能化的四氧化三铁磁性纳米粒子。将上述产物滴涂至磁电极上,对含有一定浓度的糖蛋白溶液进行吸附,并利用差分脉冲伏安法研究其电化学行为。优化实验条件后,将上述制备好的修饰电极置于含有一定浓度的糖蛋白溶液吸附60分钟后,铁氰化钾溶液的还原峰电流下降值与糖蛋白浓度在1.0×10-6g mL-1~2.0×10-5g mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9919),检出限为1.205×10-7g mL-1(3σ)。在上述线性范围内,该修饰电极对糖蛋白有良好的选择性。
【Abstract】 Phenylboronic acid functionalized Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by FeCl3, 1,6-hexanediamine, 3-aminobenzeneboronic acid etc. The product was dropped on a magnetic electrode. After the electrode was immersed into glycoprotein solution of a certain concentration, the electrochemical behavior of glycoprotein could be investigated by using differential pulse voltammetry. Under the optimal conditions, after the modified electrode was immersed into glycoprotein solution of a certain concentration for 60 minutes, the changes of reduction peak current in potassium ferricyanide solution was linear with the concentration of glycoprotein over the range of 1.0×10-6~2.0×10-5 g mL-1(r=0.9919), with a detection limit of 1.205×10-7g mL-1(3σ). In the above linear range, this modified electrode exhibits a good selectivity towards glycoprotein.
