ICP-MS法同时测定红菇茑果肉中的4种有害元素

【摘要】 自然界中As,Cd,Hg,Pb这4种元素属于人体有害元素[1]。对食品中有害元素指标的控制已经成为国际通用法规的重要规定。目前,已报到了多种光学分析方法。在诸多方法中电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)由于检出限低,精密度高,基体效应小,线性范围宽和多种元素同时测定等优点,已在微量元素分析中得到广泛应用[2]。红菇茑果实中含有丰富的矿物元素。本文采用微波消解法处理样品,运用ICP-MS同时测定红菇茑果肉中As,Cd,Hg,Pb四种人体有害元素,在优化的条件下得到的相对标准偏差为1.11%~3.81%,其As,Cd,Hg,Pb含量分别为0.022μg/g,0.074μg/g,0.001μg/g,0.095μg/g,含量均低于国家标准。应用该方法能同时快速简捷检测多种元素,且灵敏度高,是较为理想的分析方法。
【Abstract】 In the nature,As,Cd,Hg,Pb are belong to the harmful elements.It has become an important international regulations to control the harmful elements in food.At present,many kinds of optical analysis methods have been reported.In many methods,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) due to low detection limit, high precision, the small matrix effect, width linear range determination, simultanous determination of many elements and has been widely used in trace analysis.Cape gooseberry has many trace elements.The 4 kinds of harmful trace elements in the cape gooseberry fresh digested by microwave are analyzed by ICP-MS.Under the optimum conditions,the relative standard devition is 1.11%-3.81%.The contents of As,Cd,Hg,Pb were 0.022μg/g,0.074μg/g,0.001μg/g,0.095μg/g.Their contents are all lower than the national standard.The method can detect a variety of elements simultaneously,rapidly,sensitively.It is a ideal analysis method.
