【摘要】 我们开发了一系列单异构体的阳离子型β-环糊精,甲氧基烷基铵盐或羟基烷基铵盐环糊精。所得到的环糊精的被用于羧基酸,α-羟基酸和氨基酸的手性分离。和同类型的其他环糊精衍生物比较,甲氧基丙基铵和羟基丙基铵环糊精对多数分析物展现出优良的手性选择性和分辨度。实验探究了环糊精浓度(1mM-20mM)对分离效果的影响且进一步计算了环糊精和分析物之间的稳定常数。研究还发现,手性拆分剂的水溶解度以及手性分离能力随着氮原子上取代的烷基数量增加而明显下降。核磁共振实验证实了主-客体的包合模式以及氢键作用可以作为附加的手性识别驱动力,这些侧链上潜在的作用点可以促进手性分离。

【Abstract】 We developed a series of single-isomer cationic β-CDs, methoxyalkyl- or hydroxyalkyl-ammonium CDs. The obtained CDs were applied in the enantioseparations of carboxylic, α-hydroxy and dansyl amino acids by capillary electrophoresis. Compared with the other CD derivatives, methoxypropyl- and hydroxylpropyl-ammonium CDs exhibited outstanding selectivities and peak resolutions towards most analytes. The influence of CD concentrations(1mM-20mM) on enantioseparations was evaluated and the apparent complex stability constants between CDs and analytes were further calculated. It was also found that the aqueous solubility as well as chiral separation ability of resolving agents distinctly decreased with increased hydroxyl group numbers located at N-atom. The NMR experiments confirmed the host-guest inclusion pattern as well as hydrogen bonding interactions could be as additional chiral driving force. These potential interaction sites in the sidearm could enhance the chiral separations. Keywords: single-isomer cationic CDs; enantioseparations; complex stability constants; hydrogen bonding
