晶态氢氧化铬及纳米三氧化二铬的简单制备方法
Preparation of nanocrystalline chromium oxide and chromium hydroxide

【摘要】 三氧化二铬主要用于冶金、颜料、研磨抛光、耐火材料、催化剂等领域,而纳米尺寸的三氧化二铬具有更优异的物理化学特性。实验室制法中多以氢氧化铬为前驱体,也有部分以羟氧化铬作为制备纳米Cr2O3前驱体[1]。由于前驱体的制备步骤复杂、变量控制多,为此我们在室温下采用直接沉淀法,控制pH在7.5-8.0,制备出三氧化二铬的前驱体晶态氢氧化铬与无定形氢氧化铬,制备过程简单,产率高。XRD测试表明晶态氢氧化铬的晶粒尺寸为52nm,晶型良好。非晶态氢氧化铬前驱体热处理得到的纳米Cr2O3粉末颜色呈灰绿色,颗粒细密,晶粒大小在50nm左右。而晶态氢氧化铬前驱热处理体得到的纳米Cr2O3粉末呈翠绿色,颗粒均匀,晶粒大小为45nm左右。即通过简便高效的方法得到晶态氢氧化铬前驱体,热处理后可制备出物理化学性质优异的纳米Cr2O3颗粒[2]。
【Abstract】 Chromium oxide is mainly used in metallurgy,pigments,polishing,catalysts,etc.The nano-sized chromium oxide has more physical and chemical properties.Because of the complex steps of preparing,the precursors of crystalline chromium hydroxide and amorphous chromium hydroxide were made by direct precipitation,keeping the pH between 7.5-8.0.The crystalline chromium hydroxide grain size was 52nm.The two precursors were heated at 800℃,nano-sized Cr2O3 obtained by amorphous chromium hydroxide was grayish green and nano-sized Cr2O3 obtained by crystalline chromium hydroxide was emerald.The grain size was 50nm and 45nm.
