基于Tenuazonic acid的结构衍生及除草机制研究

【摘要】 Tenuazonic acid(TeA)是病原真菌链格孢菌产生的主要毒素之一,能够引起植物叶片受损,有文献报道其对4-羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD)有弱的抑制活性,也有报道称其对光系统II(PSII)电子传递有抑制作用。我们以TeA为先导进行优化,合成了吡咯烷酮、哌啶酮、喹啉酮、喹啉酮亚胺等多种衍生物,发现了多个具有高除草活性的化合物,同时离体测试表明结构的变化会导致除草机制的改变。

【Abstract】 Tenuazonic acid(TeA) is one of the main toxins produced by pathogenic fungi alternaria alternate, and it could cause damages to the leaves. It was reported TeA had a weak inhibitory activity against 4- hydroxy penylpyruvate dioxygenase(HPPD), but some other reports showed that it could inhibit electron transport in photosystem II. Using TeA as a leading compound, a series of derivatives bearing the skeletons of pyrrolidone, piperidone, quinolinone, or quinolinone imide were synthesized, and some of them were found to have good herbicidal activity. In vitro assay showed that the changes in the skeleton deeply influenced their herbicidal mechanism.
