自催化鉴别方法在物质热稳定性分析中的应用

【摘要】 自催化分解反应是一类常见的化学反应,广泛存在于工业生产、储存以及运输等过程,该类反应危险性较大,一旦引发便难以控制,因此很有必要对物质是否具有自催化分解特性进行分析。本文利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC),基于"动态法"、"等温法"以及"中断回扫法"三种自催化分解反应的鉴别方法,对2,4-二硝基甲苯的热分解特性进行研究。结果表明,无论是动态法、等温法还是中断回扫法,均能证明2,4-二硝基甲苯的分解具有自催化特性。三种方法各有特点,其结果一致性好,均可较好地用于鉴别自催化特性以用于物质热稳定性分析。

【Abstract】 Autocatalytic decomposition reaction is very common for chemical material in process of production, storage and transportation, which usually has great hazards and is difficult to control well once be triggered. Therefore, it is really necessary to identify whether the decomposition of material behaves auto-catalytically. In this paper, three method were used to identify the decomposition characteristic of 2,4-dinitrotoluene by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), which were dynamic method, isothermal method and the method of interruption and re-scanning. No matter which method was used, the results show that the decomposition of 2,4-dinitrotoluene has the character of autocatalysis. There were different characters for these three methods, but the results were agreeable. All these three methods can be used to identify the autocatalysis character well.
