分子筛改性催化合成高密度燃料挂式四氢双环戊二烯研究

【摘要】 研究了用正硅酸四乙酯化学液相沉积改性的HY分子筛催化桥式四氢双环戊二烯异构化制备挂式四氢双环戊二烯的反应。结合BET、Py-IR及NH3-TPD等表征手段考察改性HY分子筛的骨架结构、表面酸性变化。通过高压反应釜对改性催化剂的活性及稳定性进行了初步评价。结果表明,改性后的HY分子筛的骨架结构基本不变,比表面积减小,表面强酸中心数目减少,改性后的HY分子筛催化活性有所下降,而择形性能及活性稳定性明显提高。控制HY与改性剂质量体积比为10g:2ml时,催化剂重复使用两次,反应转化率高达76.13%,exo-THDCPD收率为75.37%。
【Abstract】 Isomerization of endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene(endo-THDCPD) for preparing exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene(exo-THDCPD) over HY molecular sieve catalyst modified by chemical liquid deposition with Si(OC2H5)4 was studied. The Low Temperature N2 Adsorption, Pyridine-Infrared Ray Spectrum(Py-IR) and NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption(NH3-TPD) were employed to characterize the framework structure and surface acidity of modified HY molecular sieves. The activity and lifetime were evaluated in the batch reactor. The results showed that framework structure after modification was basically unchanged. Specific surface area and number of strong acids sites decreased, but shape-selectivity and catalytic lifetime of modified HY molecular sieve catalyst increased obviously. Optimal modification condition was as followed: the ratio between volume of Si(OEt)4 and HY mass was 2ml/10g. After the second reaction, the yield remains 75.37% at conversion of 76.13%.
