高固含量对改性双基推进剂的热安全特性影响

【摘要】 通过非限定烤燃试验研究了不同固含量热爆炸临界温度,针对典型固含量推进剂分析了尺度效应,讨论了不同尺寸药柱与热爆炸临界温度的关系。结果表明,1)双基体系中加入RDX后热爆炸临界温度上升,并且含量升高,临界温度也有所增加。2)药柱尺寸增大,热爆炸临界温度降低,长径比为1的药柱临界温度与直径的对数呈线性关系。
【Abstract】 The thermal explosion critical temperature of GLX-propellant with different RDX content was studied by cook-off test.The thermal explosion critical temperature of different diameter of charge was measured by cook-off test and the critical temperature effected by dimension of GLX-propellant were analyzed.It was shown that 1) The critical temperature rise through adding RDX into double base propellant and the temperature increased with the increasing of RDX content.2) The explosion critical temperature decreased with the increasing of diameter of charge and were liner with logarithm of diameter of charge when the length-to diameter ratio is equal to 1.
