凝胶-超临界技术制备RDX/Fe2O3复合炸药
Preparation of RDX/Fe2O3 Composite Explosive by Gel-supercritical Technology

【摘要】 以氯化铁为前驱物,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,1,2-环氧丙烷为胶凝剂,制得RDX/Fe2O3凝胶,利用超临界流体干燥技术处理,得到固体粉末样品。运用扫描电镜、红外光谱和DSC对样品进行了形貌、结构和热分解特性的分析,并测试了复合炸药的撞击感度和摩擦感度。结果表明,实验所得复合炸药结构良好,呈纳米级;与原料和混合炸药相比较,RDX/Fe2O3复合炸药的撞击感度和摩擦感度都有明显降低,DSC曲线的热分解峰较原料提前9.76℃,放热量增加100%。
【Abstract】 The gel of RDX/Fe2O3 was prepared by sol-gel method under normal temperature and pressure,using FeCl3·6H2O as the precursors,DMF as the solvent and 1,2-epoxypropane as gelating agent.The composite explosive of RDX/Fe2O3 was dried by supercritical CO2 fluid.The RDX/Fe2O3 was characterized by SEM and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity were tested and thermal decomposition characteristics of RDX/Fe2O3 was analyzed by DSC.The result shows that the structure of composite explosive is good,its particle size is the nanoscale.Compared with raw materials and explosive mixture,composite explosive impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity are significantly reduced.Compared with raw material RDX,the thermal decomposition peak of DSC curves early 9.76℃and the heat quantity was increased by 100%.
