CL-20/DNB共晶炸药的制备、结构与性能研究

【摘要】 采用溶液共结晶法制备得到一种由六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)和1,3-二硝基苯(DNB)组成的新型共晶炸药,其中CL-20与DNB的摩尔比为1:1。单晶X射线衍射结果表明该共晶为层状结构,且属正交晶系,Pbca空间群。分子间作用力分析表明,氢键为两种分子间的主要作用力。对共晶的热性能、感度和爆轰性能研究表明,共晶的熔点是136.6℃,较单组分DNB提高约45℃:50%爆炸的特性落高H50为55cm,预测爆速和爆压分别为8434 m/s,34GPa。
【Abstract】 A novel co-crystal explosive composed of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20) and 1,3-dinitrobenzene (DNB) in a 1:1 molar ratio was prepared by co-crystallization in solution.Single crystal X-ray diffraction results show that it belongs to orthorhombic system with space group Pbca,and features a layered motif.Analysis of interactions in co-crystal shows that the main forces between two kinds of molecule in co-crystal are hydrogen bonds.Moreover,the properties of the co-crystal including thermal behavior,sensitivity,and detonation properties were evaluated.Results show that the melting point of co-crystal is 136.7℃, which increases by 45℃relative to DNB.The drop height of 50%explosion probability(H50) is 55cm,predicting detonation velocity and detonation pressure are 8434m/s,34GPa,respectively.
