微团化动态结晶法制备亚微米CL-20
Submicron CL-20 Preparation with Atomizing Kinetic Crystal Method

【摘要】 为了降低CL-20的机械感度,提高CL-20的安全性,使其能在实际应用中得到推广。本文利用微团化动态结晶的方法对粗品CL-20进行细化,制备出亚微米级别、粒度分布范围窄的CL-20,使其机械感度降低;并分析了喷射细化过程中炸药溶液浓度、温度等工艺条件对CL-20晶体细化品质的影响,发现,随着炸药溶液浓度的升高以及炸药溶液温度与反溶剂温度差的增大,得到的细化产品的粒度越小,分布范围也呈现变窄的趋势。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the mechanical sensitivity and to improve the security of CL-20,so that it could be popularized in practice,the submicron and narrowly distributed particle size of CL-20 was preparated with atomizing kinetic crystal method.The mechanical sensitivity of CL-20 was reduced.Effects of technological conditions of explosive solution concentration,temperature on the quality of CL-20 crystal refinement was studied.It was found that with the increase of concentration of explosive solution and the temperature difference between solution and anti solvent,particle size of refined products was getting more and more small,and the distribution of particle size is also presented narrowing trend.
