4,5-二硝基咪唑的晶体结构、热性能与感度研究

【摘要】 以4-硝基咪唑为原料,一锅化合成了4,5-二硝基咪唑(4,5-DNI),采用IR,MS,HNMR和元素分析进行了结构表征。用乙醇培养了该化合物的单晶,经四圆单晶X射线衍射仪测试得到了晶体结构,4,5-DNI晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/n,晶胞参数为a=1.1528(6)●,b=0.9070(5)nm,c=1.1814(6)nm,V=1.1776(10)nm~3,D=1.783g/cm~3。采用DSC研究了4,5-DNI重结晶前后的热性能,其中熔融峰温从179.28℃提高至184.61℃,分解峰温从282.88℃提高至286.23℃。采用Kamlet-Jacobs半经验方程计算得到4,5-DNI的爆速为8200m/s,爆压为30.7GPa,高于2,4-DNI,略低于RDX。采用GJB772A-1997方法测试得到4,5-DNI的撞击感度和摩擦感度(爆炸百分数)为0,较为钝感,远低于RDX和HMX。
【Abstract】 4,5-Dinitroimidazole was synthesized from 4-nitroimidazole in one-step,it was characterized by IR,MS,~1HNMR and elemental analysis.The single crystal was cultivated in ethanol solvent,and its crystal structure was determined by a four-circle X-ray diffractometer,it crystallizes in monoclinic system,P2(1)/n space group with crystal parameters of a=1.1528(6)nm, b=0.9070(5)nm,c=1.1814(6)nm,V=1.1776(10)nm~3,D_c=1.783g/cm~3.The thermal performance of 4,5-DNl before and after recrystallization was performed by DSC techniques and the results showed that melting point was raised from 179.28℃to 184.61℃, and its decomposition temperature was increased from 282.88℃to 286.23℃.The detonation velocity and detonation pressure of 4,5-DNl are 8200m/s and 30.7GPa respectively which are higher than 2,4-DNl,slightly lower than RDX.The impact and friction sensitivity are zero respectively,which indicates that 4,5-DNl is more insensitive than sensitive explosives such as RDX and HMX.
