氧化石墨烯磁性复合材料磁固相萃取-HPLC测定环境水样中的芳香胺

【摘要】 建立了用氧化石墨烯磁性复合纳米材料(Fe3O4@GONPs)萃取富集-HPLC-UVD测定环境水样中的痕量芳香胺的新方法。考察了影响萃取效率和分离效果的实验因素。在优化的条件下,联苯二胺、甲萘胺、二苯胺的检测限分别为0.01、0.2、0.2μg/L,平均加标回收率81.3%~94.9%,相对平均标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%~5.8%。新方法成功应用于漓江水样中芳香胺的测定。
【Abstract】 A magnetic solid-phase extraction(MSPE) using Fe 3 O 4 @graphene oxide(Fe 3 O 4 @GO NPs) as an effective adsorbent was developed as a new approach for the extraction of aromatic amines in environmental water samples prior to HPLC-UVD.Various experimental parameters that affect the extraction and separation efficiencies were investigated and optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the limits of detection(LOD,S/N = 3) were in the range of 0.01-0.2μg/L for the three aromatic amines,and the recoveries were in the range of 81.3 to 94.9% with relative standard deviations ranging from 3.7 to 5.8%.The present method has been successfully applied for the determination aromatic amines in Lijiang River water samples.
