【摘要】 采用傅里叶红外光谱法直接测定四种常见理气类中草药:佛手、木香、青皮、香附的红外谱图,分析四种中草药共同的吸收峰和归属。得出四种理气中草药的疏肝理气生物活性可能与3385、2930、2359、1744、1635、1437、1245、1030、915、770cm-1等波数附近的吸收峰所对应的几个官能团有关。通过分析比较四种中草药的红外光谱,为佛手、木香、青皮、香附的识别、鉴定和药理分析提供一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four kinds of Chinese traditional medicine for regulating QI flow,Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Radix Aucklandiae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,and Rhizoma Cyperi were determined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The common adsorption peaks and ascriptions of both were preliminarily analyzed.The results show that the bioactivities of four Chinese traditional medicine with similar pesticide effect were probably related to adsorption peaks around 3385、2930、2359、1744、1635、1437、1245、1030、915、770cm-1.The analysis and comparison of infrared spectrum provides certain scientific evidences for the identification and pharmacology analysis of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Radix Aucklandiae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,and Rhizoma Cyperi.更多还原
