氢化物发生-纳米金微粒共振瑞利散射法测定痕量硒
Hydride Generation-Au particles Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Spectral Method for the Determination of Trace Selenium

【摘要】 以硫酸为介质,NaBH4将硒(Ⅳ)还原成SeH2气体,以HAuCl4-CTMAB为吸收液,Au3+被SeH2气体还原成Au微粒,致使体系在300nm处共振瑞利散射光强度增加。在选定的实验条件下,硒含量在0.25~1.5mg/L范围内与ΔI300nm呈良好的线性关系。其线性回归方程为ΔI300nm=606.2C-36.1(C为硒浓度mg/L),相关系数为0.9970。该方法用于测定茶叶样中硒的含量,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 In sulfuric acid medium,selenium(Ⅳ) was reduced by NaBH 4 to form SeH 2.Using HAuCl 4-CTMAB as absorption solution,Au 3+ was reduced by SeH 2 to form Au particles resulted in increasing of resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) intensity at 300 nm increasing.The increased RRS intensity at 300 nm(ΔI 300nm) was proportional to the selenium(Ⅳ) concentration(C) from 0.25 to 1.5 mg/L,with regression equations of ΔI 300nm =606.2C-36.1,and correlation coefficients is 0.9970.This method was applied to detect selenium in tea samples,with satisfactory results.
