南海红树林真菌Penicillium sclerotiorum SP.303 azaphilone类次级代谢产物研究

【摘要】 目的对南海红树林内生真菌Penicillium sclerotiorum SP.303次级代谢产物进行研究。方法采用各种色谱技术对次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,然后根据化合物的理化性质及光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从南海红树林内生真菌Penicillium sclerotiorum SP.303次级代谢产物中分离并鉴定了6个azaphilone类化合物,分别为:6-(3,5-dimethyl-1,3-heptadien-1-yl)-2,4-dihydroxy-3-methyl-benzaldehyde(1)、sclerotiorin(2)、sclerotioramine(3)、isochromophilone VI(4)、dimeric isochromophilone(5)、isochromophiloneⅨ(6)。结论化合物1、5是首次从天然产物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:study on the secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum SP.303.Methods:The compounds were isolated by chromato0graphic technique.The structures were elucidated through physicochemical and spectral data.Results:Six metabolites were obtained and elucidated as 6-(3,5-dimethyl-1,3-heptadien-1-yl)-2,4-dihydroxy-3-methyl-benzaldehyde(1)、sclerotiorin(2)、sclerotioramine(3)、isochromophilone VI(4)、dimeric isochromophilone(5)、isochromophilone Ⅸ(6).Conclusion:Compounds 1、5 were isolated from natural products for the first time.
