稀土镧对HindIII活性的影响

【摘要】 研究了稀土硝酸镧对限制性内切酶HindIII活性的影响。结果表明,在不同离子浓度下,抑制作用不同,随着浓度的增大,抑制作用增强。
【Abstract】 Effects of lanthanum nitrate on the activity of restriction endonuclease.The results show that the different inhibition effects in different ion concentration and the increase of inhibition with the lanthanum nitrate concentration increase.
