【摘要】 采用分散液液微萃取(DLLME)技术,建立了尿样中杜冷丁(Dolantin)的气相色谱氮磷检测分析分法。对影响萃取效率的因素进行了考察,确定了最佳萃取条件。结果显示:尿样中杜冷丁在40～2000ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)0.9964,检出限5.5ng/mL(S/N=3,n=5),定量限18.4ng/mL(S/N=10,n=5),富集因子121。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose a method for the determination of dolantin in urine samples by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography nitrogen and phosphorus detector(GC/NPD) was developed.Methods The factors relevant to the microextraction were investigated and optimized.Result the linear range were 40～2000 ng/mL and the correlation coefficient were 0.9964.The limits of detection were5.5 ng/mL(S/N = 3, n=5) and the limits of quantification were18.4ng/mL(S/N=10,n=5).The enrichment factors were 121.更多还原
