杂多化合物抗乙型肝炎病毒活性及机制研究

【摘要】 <正>乙型肝炎是严重影响人类健康的重大传染病之一,积极开展乙型肝炎防治研究具有重要意义。本研究根据乙型肝炎病毒在体内复制过程特点,利用杂多化合物的抗病毒特点和分子可设计性,设计合成了一系列对乙型肝炎病毒具有较好抑制作用的多酸化合物[1,2]。其中PTW-6晶体结构明确,性质稳定。体外抗乙型
【Abstract】 Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections continue to be a major public health problem worldwide. The development of new HBV antiviral is a healthcare imperative. Polyoxometalates (POMs) are inorganic cluster-like complexes and constituted from oxide anion and transition metal cations. These complexes have shown potential applications in multitudinal fields such as catalysis, medicine and functional materials. Herein, a series of POMs were synthesized and characterized. The potentials of polyoxometalates to inhibit HBV infection in vitro and in vivo were explored. We found polyoxometalate compound (named PTW-6) can efficiently inhibit HBV infection while displayed low cytotoxicity.
