La2P2W18O62/C催化1,4-丁二醇液相脱水环化合成四氢呋喃

【Abstract】 Lanthanum phosphotungstate with Dawson structure supported on activated carbon was prepared by impregnation method and characterized by FT-IR、XRD and SEM. The catalytic performance was studied in the catalytic synthesis of tetrahydrofuran from 1,4-butanediol. Effects of catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and repeated times of catalyst on the yield of tetrahydrofuran were investigated. The results show that under the optimal condition, i.e. w (catalyst) = 3.9%(relative to the dosage of 1,4-butanediol), reaction temperature of 185℃ and reaction time of 40 min, the yield of tetrahydrofuran reached 94.9%. The activity of (La2P2W18O62·nH2O//C catalyst remained basically unchanged after five runs and the yield of tetrahydrofuran was still above 91.3%.
