青蒿类药物纳米脂质体的包封率和体外释药的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究青蒿类药物纳米脂质体的包封率的测定方法,初步考察体外释药的规律。方法:用旋转蒸发仪法制备青蒿琥脂纳米脂质体,测定其包封率,以动态透析法测定青蒿琥脂纳米脂质体和双氢青蒿素纳米脂质体的体外释药的速率。结果:(1)青蒿琥脂和双氢青蒿素脂质体的包封率分别为44.14%和41%;(2)用超声粉碎法可以提高脂质体的包封率,经粉碎的脂质体包封率达到74.1%;(3)脂质体的直径为150nm~430nm。(4)体外释药可控制药物的释放,提高药物的生物利用度,增加药物的靶向作用。结论:超声粉碎法可以提高脂质体的包封率,该方法简单,易操作.体外释药具有明显的缓释特征,稳定性理想,值得进一步研发。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the artemisinin-type drugs nano liposome entrapment efficiency of the method of measuring a preliminary study in vitro drug release pattern.Methods:Preparation of Rotary Evaporator Artesunate lipid nano-liposomes,encapsulation efficiency were measured to determine dynamic dialysis Artesunate lipid nano-liposomes and nano-liposomes dihydroartemisinin in vitro release rate. Results:(1) Artesunate and dihydroartemisinin lipid liposome encapsulation rates were 44.17%and 41%; (2) with sonicate method can improve the entrapment efficiency of liposomes by grinding Liposome encapsulation rate of 74.1%;(3) of liposome diameter of 150 nm~430 nm.(4) The in vitro drug release can be controlled release of drugs to improve bioavailability of drugs,increasing the role of drug targeting. Conclusion:The sonicate method can improve the entrapment efficiency of liposomes,the method is simple and easy to operate.An obvious sustained release in vitro release characteristics,stability,Ideal, worthy of further research and development.
