加工参数对增塑微孔发泡PC片材的力学性能的影响

【Abstract】 The influence of processing parameters on the mechanical properties of plasticized microcellular polycarbonate sheet has been investigated.The result showed that with the decrease of apparent density,the yield point of stress-strain curves was gradual unconspicuous and even disappeared,and meanwhile,tensile strength of the microcellular PC decreased.The tensile modulus of the plasticized PC decreased gradually when foaming temperature increased,while tensile strength and tensile modulus both decreased when the relative content of the plasticizer decreased.
